Legacy

Comprehensive Wealth Transfer Planning

This is the stage where actual asset transfer planning is developed after the Asset Record (Archive) has been established.

We support execution in collaboration with legal, tax, and accounting professionals, including will drafting, trust structuring, and cross-border succession of overseas assets.

Assets do not disappear simply because they are not actively managed.

However, without proper records, they may not be successfully passed on to the next generation.

SERVICE PROCESS

1

Structure Review

Based on the Archive records or the initial consultation, we identify asset structures that require transfer planning.

2

Planning Direction

We determine the necessary components—such as wills, trusts, and cross-border transfers—and assign the appropriate professional partners.

3

Partner Collaboration & Execution

The planned structure is implemented in coordination with legal, tax, and accounting partners.

4

Completion & Record Update

After the transfer is completed, Archive records are updated to reflect the current asset structure and preserve it in its latest form.

If the Asset Record (Archive) has not yet been completed, it is recommended to begin with Step 2: Archive before proceeding to Legacy.

The more complete and structured the records, the more accurate and efficient the transfer planning process becomes.

Step 3: Legacy
